This class can be used to transliterate Serbian Cyrillic to Latin characters.

It searches a given text string for Cyrillic characters and replaces them for transliterated Latin characters. The search may be case sensitive or not.

The class may also process Cyrillic text within HTML leaving tags untouched.

The set of transliterated characters may be extended to include characters used in other idioms.
